You may pay for your purchase with cash, check, bank certified check, checks drawn on your credit card account, MasterCard or Visa credit cards. Please note that credit card sales require an additional 3% fee calculated on the amount charged to the credit card.
Deliveries made in the state of Iowa will include the applicable state and local sales taxes.
We mail bills of sale directly to you and do not include sale details with the firearm. Only you know what you pay for anything you purchase from L & M Enterprises (with the exception of your credit card company, if you use a credit card). |
Layaway Plan |
We offer a Layaway Plan for sales having a total value equal to or greater than $2000. Generally speaking, the terms call for one third of the total sale as down payment, with two consecutive payments of one third of the sale price made at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the date of sale. We deliver or ship the purchased item(s) after receiving the third payment.
The Layaway Plan does not apply to discounted items.

Special Orders for Cooper Rifles |
We require a deposit of one-half of the agreed upon sale price for all special orders, with the balance due when we have received the rifle and have ensured that it is correct in all respects, and is ready to be shipped to YOU!
We offer exhibition grade woods for Cooper special orders. Please take a look at our exhibition California Claro and Australian English walnut blanks accessible through the STOCK BLANKS action button.

Shipping |
Federal law requires that we ship all firearms to you through a federally licensed firearms dealer or to you directly, if you hold a valid and current Federal Firearms License or Curio & Relic license. As a result of this legal necessity, we require a copy of a current Federal Firearms License or Curio & Relic License, signed with a legible, original signature by the licensee. We can receive the license copy my email attachment or through the mails. We do not use FAX.
We will ship the firearm to you, care of the license holder at the address listed on the license as the licensed premisis.
We ship by insured UPS or USPS, depending on the item and the Customer’s preferences. Unless otherwise agreed, the buyer pays for shipping and insurance charges.
